Kevin Kroskey, MBA

Kevin Kroskey is the founder of The Mortgage Planning Team. His primary role is to assist Financial Professionals in providing integrated debt and equity solutions for clients and their financial plans. Kevin educates Financial Professionals through teaching Continuing Education Workshops on Total Balance Sheet Management.  See the Workshops Page for more information.

Kevin has been in the financial services industry since 2002. He is a licensed Loan Officer and Registered Investment Advisor.  He earned his BA in Education and his MBA in Finance both from the University of Akron.  Kevin currently serves as a Board Member for the northeast Ohio Financial Planning Assocation.

Tim Bullock

Tim has over 14 years lending experience and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Akron.  He has closed thousands of loans for his clients and prides himself on exceptional customer service.  There aren't many people working in the mortgage business that know more than Tim.
